Our system design and services were developed to support our retail clients’ needs and requests. Our dedicated customer service staff responds quickly to help retail clients and works proactively on the retailer’s behalf to recover unjustly denied coupons. In order to recover as many unjustly denied coupon dollars as possible, S.E.A. provides an additional ‘added value service’ focused on chargeback collections.
Established in 1970, SEA has offices in Washington, Nevada and New Jersey. Our processing facility is located on the West Coast in Tecate, Mexico. The plant is equipped with high speed equipment and has extensive quality controls for accuracy. Many of our experienced employees and on-site programming staff have been with the plant since it was founded.
S.E.A. provides an additional "added value" service focused on chargeback collections. We help recover lost dollars by challenging coupon denials on the retailers’ behalf. Working with the retailer and manufacturers or their agents, S.E.A. will attempt to collect unpaid coupon dollars.
SEA complies with all Coupon Industry Guidelines. SEA is a member of the Association of Coupon Professionals, Food Industry Association Executives, and the Better Business Bureau (A+ Rating).
