Question: What will your services cost us?
S.E.A. will not bill you for redeeming your coupons. You will
be paid for face value of each coupon, less the amount (if any)
of any charge backs directed from the manufacturer. We have no hidden fees.
Question: What is a charge back?
Any reason why the manufacturer did not pay the full amount of the
coupon. An example of a charge back is an expired coupon. .
Question: How does S.E.A. make money on the coupons that we collect?
The manufacturer pays a handling fee of eight cents per coupon.
Question: Why should we utilize S.E.A. Enterprises to process
our coupons, rather than sending them directly to the manufacturer
ourselves?
Using S.E.A. saves time. You do not have to sort, count,
tag and send to the individual manufacturers. We take care of
everything..
Question: What happens if I don’t want to count all my coupons
before sending them to you?
There is no need to count your coupons, that is what we do.
Question: What makes a coupon valid?
In order for us to process a coupons, it needs to have the following printed on it:
- bar code
- an address where to send the coupon to
- Within the legal verbiage, it needs to state the manufacturer will pay a .08 handling fee.
Question: What happens to the non valid coupons?
They will be returned to you so you may collect your money from the sales representative or manufacturer you received the product from.
Question: How do I get started with your program?
Download the Service Agreement, Authorization page and Questionnaire. Complete all forms and fax to us. You will receive either an email letter or a USPS letter with your own personal ID number. At that point, you are free to send in your 1st shipment of coupons.
Question: Who does the coupon processing?
TK Manufacturing in Tecate, CA and Tecate, Mexico. They have been processing coupons since the 1980’s.
Question: Who does the reporting and software?
Mandlik-Rhodes Information Services (MRIS). A Chicago based company, created the PARIS software that Proctor & Gamble uses and recently created the Cclear system for coupon redemption.
